THE Philippines came up short against China, 80-82, on Tuesday even with Jordan Clarkson in the line-up during the men’s basketball event in the 2018 Asian Games at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium in Central Jakarta.
Clarkson, who plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers in the National Basketball Association (NBA) proved to be a huge boost as he scored 28 points, hauled down eight rebounds and dished out four assists, while Christian Standhardinger added 18 points and eight rebounds.
