The Philippine SEA Games Organizing Committee (PhilSOC) has, for the past week, started putting into place measures to lessen the impact of the Senate’s decision reducing its P7.5 billion budget requirements to P5 billion.
The PhilSOC, according to its executive director Tom Carrasco, president of the Triathlon Association of the Philippines, has as of late, closed a deal with the Laus Business Center based in San Fernando, Pampanga, which offered to host at least two sports that had to be relocated to cut down the cost of hosting.
