TWO Filipino tourists were hurt while 41 others were rescued as Typhoon Mangkhut battered Hong Kong, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said on Monday.

Consul General Antonio Morales reported to Foreign Affairs Secretary Alan Peter Cayetano that the consulate on Sunday assisted 36 members of a Filipino tour group who were stranded in Hong Kong after the windshield of the bus that was to bring them to the airport was shattered by strong winds.
