The Philippine National Police (PNP) would have to improve its intelligence gathering and surveillance to prevent suicide bombing incidents, PNP chief Oscar Albayalde said on Thursday.
Albayalde admitted on Thursday that security officials need to address the danger of an evolving terrorism, acknowledging that another suicide bombing incident might happen.
