FIVE provinces are expected to be included in the list of “perennial” election hotspots, while at least two towns in La Union are being closely monitored by the Philippine National Police (PNP) after the killings of high local official.
PNP Chief Director General Oscar Albayalde, said on Monday he listed Abra, Masbate, Lanao and Zamboanga provinces as possible election hotspots in the upcoming 2019 midterm elections.
