A POLICE officer listed in President Rodrigo Duterte's narco-list was arrested in Muntinlupa over illegal cockfighting operations, according to a Counterintelligence Task Force (CITF) report released on Monday.
PO2 Yob Enguio and five civilians were arrested at about 10 a.m. at Purok 6, Barangay Bayangan on Sunday stemming from several text complaints from concerned citizens about the unlawful event every Sunday.
