The Philippine National Police (PNP) confirmed on Thursday that the three-year-old girl killed in a buy-bust operation on June 29 in Rodriguez, Rizal was shot by policemen based on its ballistic exam.
In a press briefing on Thursday, PNP chief Director General Oscar Albayalde said they would file homicide charges against the policemen who shot the toddler, as the report revealed that a “fatal” gunshot wound from the firearm of Police Senior Master Sgt. Conrad Cabigao killed the girl.
