PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has approved the proposed P4.1-trillion national budget for 2020, Malacañang said on Tuesday.
Palace spokesman Salvador Panelo said Duterte, together with members of the Cabinet, approved the budget during Monday’s meeting in Malacañang.
