The annual increment of construction materials retail price index in the National Capital Region (NCR) eased to 1.7 percent in April from 1.9 percent in March, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) reported.
PSA said last month’s index was also lower compared to the 2.6 percent recorded in the same month last year.
