THE Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) is planning to change the facilities and rooms of the athletes inside the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex to avoid another freak accident that cost the life of a young wushu athlete over the weekend.

PSC Chairman William Ramirez, along with Wushu Federation of the Philippines (WFP) Secretary-General Julian Camacho and PSC executive director Guillermo Iroy, expressed grief over the death of Rastafari Daraliay who was a member of the developmental Philippine wushu junior team.
