The Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) will perform a more active role in the country’s preparation for the hosting of the 30th Southeast Asian Games scheduled on November 30 to December 11 at different playing venues in Subic, Clark and Manila.

“I will be taking a more active role now,” PSC Chairman William Ramirez told the media in a news conference on Friday at the PSC office. “That’s why I relegated a lot of my jobs to my commissioners and to some directors because I’ll be focusing now on the Southeast Asian Games preparation.”
