MILITANT group Bayan Muna bagged the top spot among all the party-list organizations participating in the May 13 midterm polls, according to the latest Pulse Asia survey released on Thursday.
Bayan Muna, one of the groups tagged by the military on the supposed "Red October" plot to oust President Rodrigo Duterte, is the most preferred party-list group, with an 8.50 percent voter preference in the Pulse Asia survey from March 23 to 27.
