Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista has signed an ordinance granting P1,500 monthly allowance to all public school basic education teachers and non-teaching personnel in the city.
Ordinance 2751-2018, authored by councilors Julienne Alyson Rae Medalla and Raquel Malaguen, recognized the contributions of both teaching and non-teaching personnel of the Department of Education in the elementary and high school departments.
