THE wife of radio anchor Rafael "Raffy" Teshita Tulfo filed a bigamy case before the Quezon City Prosecutor's Office on Monday.
Julieta Nakpil Licup of Barangay Tinang, Concepcion, Tarlac alleged that she got married to Tulfo on October 25, 1982 at the Office of Capaz, Tarlac mayor.
