A total of 14 senatorial aspirants and 12 partylist groups filed their certificates of candidacy (COCs) on Day 3 of the filing of CoCs at the Commission on Elections (Comelec).
This brings to 50 the total number of senatorial candidates and 42 for partylist since the start of the five-day filing of CoCs last Thursday, according to Comelec records as of 12 noon.
