CAMP EFIGENIO NAVARRO, Calapan City: Members of the New People’s Army (NPA) on Monday, burned several heavy equipment in the project site of Sta. Clara International Corp.’s eight-megawatt Catuiran Hydro Power Plant in Naujan, Oriental Mindoro.
Supt. Socrates Faltado, Police Regional spokesman for Mimaropa (Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon and Palawan), said about 30 armed men swooped on the project site at about 4 p.m.
