FORMER Ilocos Norte 1st District Rep. Rodolfo “Rudy” Fariñas will be running against the grandson of convicted Ilocos Norte 2nd District Rep. Imelda Marcos who withdrew from the gubernatorial race in the 2019 midterm elections.
Matthew Marcos Manotoc replaced Marcos, his grandmother and former first lady, whom the Sandiganbayan found guilty in seven of 10 graft cases that were filed against her.
