ZAMBOANGA CITY: While the government is slowly addressing the rice shortage in Zamboanga City, people in Sulu province are also lining up in long queues to buy five kilos of rice from the National Food Authority (NFA).
NFA rice sells at P27 a kilo in Sulu where a shortage of the staple is also being felt.
