METRO Manila Development Authority (MMDA) warned motorists on Friday about gridlocks along EDSA and other major thoroughfares in Manila and Quezon City this weekend, as the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) will conduct highway reblocking and repairs.
According to the MMDA, the DPWH road reblocking and repair will start at 11 p.m. on Friday in the following areas:
