Fourteen bodies have been recovered from a four-story building of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in Natonin, Mountain Province, the Philippine Army confirmed on Sunday, raising to 27 the death toll from Typhoon Rosita (international code name: Yutu), which hit hard the Cordillera Administrative Region and Northern Luzon last week.

Thirteen others have been reported dead in provinces in Northern Luzon, Central Luzon and Southern Luzon.
