The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 2 (DA-RFO2) said on Friday that Typhoon Rosita (international name: Yutu) left P1.5 billion worth of damaged crops in Cagayan Valley (Region 2).

The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) has not released any official figures on the latest number of fatalities from Typhoon Rosita but authorities have reported that there were 22 persons killed.
