TYPHOON “Rosita” (international name: Yutu) maintained its strength and would likely make landfall in Isabela and Aurora, the state-run weather bureau said on Sunday.
As of 7 p.m., Rosita was 760 kilometers (km) east of Aparri, Cagayan or 750 km east of Tuguegarao City, according to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
