TYPHOON "Rosita" (international name "Yutu") weakened after it crossed Northern Luzon and was now headed to the West Philippine Sea, the state-run weather bureau said on Tuesday.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its 5 p.m. bulletin that Rosita was125 kilometers (km) northwest of Dagupan City,  Pangasinan, moving west-northwest at 25 kilometers per hour (kph), with maximum sustained of 125 kph and gustiness of up to 190 kph.
