The Office of the Ombudsman filed indirect bribery cases before the Sandiganbayan against former Island Garden City of Samal (Davao del Norte) mayor Aniano Antalan for allegedly accepting money from a cooperative.
The Ombudsman filed the two counts of indirect bribery against him on October 16.
