LISTED San Miguel Corp. filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Friday its registration statement and preliminary office supplement for the issuance of P10-billion peso-denominated fixed-rate bonds.
In a filing on Friday, the Ramon Ang-led conglomerate said the proceeds might be used either to fund the redemption of its outstanding 2B preferred shares or refinance or redenominate existing loan obligations.
