DAVAO Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio formed an alliance with reelectionist Mayor Joseph Estrada and called on Manilenos to support the senatorial candidates of her Hugpong ng Pagbabago (HNP) who would help her father in the last three years of his presidency.
The alliance between HNP and Estrada's Pwersa ng Masang Pilipino (PMP) was sealed in signing ceremonies at the San Andres Complex in Malate on Monday
