THE Supreme Court on Thursday junked an urgent motion filed by Vice President Maria Leonor“Leni” Robredo, which sought the dismissal of former senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos’ election protest.
The high tribunal, sitting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET), issued the resolution dated July 2 but was only released on Thursday.
