THE Senate has approved on second reading a bill that will give employers and employees an option to adopt flexible working arrangements.
Sen. Joel Villanueva, author and sponsor of Senate Bill 1571 or the Alternative Working Arrangement Bill, said the proposed measure was an “answer to the changes in the labor market and in the nature of employment.”
