FACTORY output, both in volume and value, rebounded in September from a year ago, but lost some momentum compared to October, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) said on Tuesday.
According to results of the PSA’s latest Monthly Integrated Survey of Selected Industries, the country’s volume of production index (VoPI) grew by 4 percent in September, slower than 9.5 percent in August, but a reversal of the 5.7-percent contraction posted a year ago.
