SOUTH Korean firm Thebizlink Group is seeking to modify the terms of the memorandum of agreement (MoA) with Greenergy Holdings Inc. signed in January this year.
In a disclosure, the listed firm said it received on Friday a letter from Thebizlink Group requesting to extend the MoA and renegotiate the terms and conditions set forth in the deal.
