SMART Communications Inc. bests industry rival Globe Telecoms in offering a better mobile video experience to its subscribers, according to an international report.
In its “State of Mobile Video” report on Wednesday, wireless-coverage mapping company OpenSignal said PLDT Inc.’s wireless subsidiary scored 42.21, compared with Globe’s 29.22.
