SEN. Juan Edgardo “Sonny” Angara on Monday said the establishment of a Philippine High School for Sports (PHSS) will help the country in coming up with a pool of world-class athletes.
The senator earlier filed Senate Bill (SB) 330 seeking the creation of PHSS dedicated to developing budding young athletes while providing them with quality secondary education.
