PASIG City Mayor Robert Eusebio won’t run unopposed as the son of comedian Vic Sotto filed his certificate of candidacy (CoC) an hour before closing time at the Commission on Elections on Wednesday.
Victor (Vico) Ma. Sotto, the No. 1 councilor, surprised everyone when he arrived at about 4 p.m. at the Comelec office.
