A memorandum of understanding (MoU) for Spain’s 300-million-euro (P17.8 billion) financing offer — targeted for use in a number of infrastructure projects in the Philippines — is being finalized.
“The MOU is currently being finalized by the Spanish Embassy and the DOF’s International Finance Group (IFG), which is headed by Undersecretary Mark Joven,” the Department of Finance (DoF) said in a statement on Wednesday.
