The Department of Transportation (DoTr) seeks to standardize unsolicited proposals for airport developments and rehabilitation to avoid delays in processing concession agreements.
Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade said his department was working on systematizing unsolicited offers for airport developments, which will be patterned after the operations and maintenance deal for the Clark International Airport.
