ZAMBOANGA CITY: With the Bangsamoro plebiscite set on Monday, Muslims in Sulu province, Isabela City in Basilan and Cotabato City in Maguindanao have vowed to reject the organic law, which the rebel group Moro Islamic Liberation Front or MILF is strongly pushing.
