THE Supreme Court (SC) dismissed a petition by a suspected drug lord to stop the Department of Justice (DOJ) from re-investigating him.
A copy the Third Division’s notice of resolution on July 23 said that Peter Lim’s plea was dismissed “for failure to show any grave abuse of discretion in rendering the challenged order and resolution.”
