THE tanker explosion near Bologna Airport in Italy on Monday affected three Filipino families or 10 individuals, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said on Tuesday.
Based on the report submitted by the Philippine Consulate General in Milan, the blast damaged the apartment units where the families, including two minors and two infants, were staying.
