John Tayongtong led home team Quezon City-Wemsap to a 91-85 comeback win over erstwhile unbeaten Makati-Super Crunch in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL) Lakan Cup on Tuesday night at the Ateneo Blue Eagle Gym.
The former Jose Rizal University star Tayongtong poured 13 of his 20 points in a finishing 21-5 run that helped the Capitals erased a 12 points deficit to notch a fourth win against two defeats.
