The search for a challenger to the PLDT-Globe duopoly has hit a snag with a prospective third telco player accusing regulators of including “moneymaking schemes” in the bidding process.
NOW Telecom Co. Inc., which bought selection documents along with four others on Monday, also that day asked a Makati court to issue a restraining order against the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC).
