The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) said it will sign an agreement with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) for the nationwide automation of government services.
ARTA in a statement on Wednesday said Director General Jeremiah Belgica and DICT Assistant Secretary Emmanuel Rey Caintic met last Friday to discuss the details of the agreement.
