SEN. Antonio Trillanes 4th is ready to go home on Saturday after the second local court where he is facing charged deferred the issuance of a warrant of arrest against him at least until Friday next week.
Judge Andres Soriano of the Makati Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 148 set the hearing on October 5 on a Department of Justice (DOJ) petition for the arrest of Trillanes after President Rodrigo Duterte issued Proclamation 572 revoking his amnesty, which predecessor Benigno Aquino 3rd granted in 2011.
