LISTED Universal Robina Corp. (URC) saw its net income increase by 3.3 percent to P3.1 billion in the first quarter of 2019 from P3 billion in the same period last year.
In a disclosure on Thursday, the Gokongwei-led food and beverage titan said the growth was boosted by its higher operating income, which reached P4 billion in January to March, and supported by higher sales volume and average selling prices.
