JUST days after the exit of typhoon “Paeng” (international name: Trami), “Kong-Rey,” which is now classified as a severe tropical storm, is expected to enter the country early this week and will be known locally as “Queenie”, the state-run weather bureau said Sunday.
According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), Kong-Rey was seen 1,615 kilometers (km) east of southern Luzon, still outside Philippine territory as of 10 a.m.
