Vaccination for Muslim children approved

MARAWI CITY: The Ministry of Health in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MoH-BARMM) recently launched an Islamic ruling on immunization to emphasize the importance of vaccination and to strongly support the government’s campaign against preventable diseases.

MoH Minister Safrullah Dipatuan, said the Islamic ruling called fatwa sought to promote vaccination to Muslims as a safe and efficient way to prevent some common diseases.
