Five films racked up top nominations for this year’s edition of Eddys, an annual awarding ceremony organized by the Society of Philippine Entertainment Editors (SPEEd).
On the awards night happening in July, LGBT-themed “Rainbow’s Sunset” leads with 12 nominations followed by crime drama “Citizen Jake” and indie film "Signal Rock" with 10 apiece, and historical film “Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral” with nine nods. “Liway,” which is based on true events, has six nominations.
