Malacañang and the military on Thursday expressed concern over the recent passage of five Chinese warships in Philippine waters, with the Palace saying it was not a friendly act.
Palace spokesman Salvador Panelo said the entry of the vessels was a violation of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (Unclos).
