DIPOLOG CITY: Cherilyn Napigkit Opulentisima was feted recently by the Dipolog City government for winning the silver medal in the vocal solo category of the 2018 World Championship of Performing Arts (WCOPA)
The 23-year-old Opulentisima participated in eight categories, namely opera, broadway, pop, country, gospel, jazz, world and open in the WCOPA Long Beach, California last July.
