CAMP DARAPANAN, Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao: The chairman of the Central Committee of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) said the “Yes” votes would win overwhelmingly in the January 21 plebiscite on the Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL).
Chairman Al-Haj Murad Ebrahim of the MILF Central Committee told The Manila Times in an exclusive interview, that the ratification of the Republic Act 11054 or the BOL is what the people have been waiting for with the hope that it would finally solve the social injustices committed against the Bangsamoro people.
