Young PH artist makes it to finals of School Superhero Comic Contest

YOUNG Filipino artist Annika C. Ocampo, 12, has been selected as a finalist to the School Superhero Comic Contest organized by the United Nations International Child-ren’s Emergency Fund (Unicef).

The Unicef campaign seeks to find that superhero who will help schools defeat “The Silence,” whose “evil doings have threatened the lives of children and teens, allowing violence in and around schools, from classrooms to dark alleyways, to thrive worldwide.”
